Planning, Organizing, Securing, Controlling, Leading, and Managing Resources.  To determine the strategies for kicking off the project, as well as evaluate and understand its requirements.  Assigning responsibili es to employee groups based on their skills and monitoring their progress.  Develop a plan for the project’s requirements, resources, and subcontrac ng.  Establish the project’s budget.  Tracks the progress of the project through mee ngs.  Contribute to the verifica on and signing off of designs.  Developing the schedule and meframes for the en re project as well as its subprojects.  Plans the comple on of the work.  Communica on of progress reports to stakeholders.  Implemen ng the necessary correc ve ac ons a er reviewing the engineering tasks.  When Off site, plan for customer visit to generate current Enquiries & Vendor iden fica on
