We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Manager to manage the complete accounting and financial operations of our business, including 5 retail stores and online operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle bank reconciliation for all stores and business accounts.
- Monitor daily cash collection, cash deposits and cash flow.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliances and coordinate with auditors/consultants.
- Monitor store-wise stock, stock reconciliation and stock variance.
- Conduct regular stock audits and financial audits across all stores.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales, expenses and accounting documents.
- Manage vendor payments, outstanding payables and payment schedules.
- Track customer/vendor balances and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly MIS, store-wise profitability reports and management reports.
- Prepare and monitor P&L;, cash flow and balance sheet.
- Analyze store-wise revenue, expenses, margins, wastage and profitability.




- Establish proper financial controls to minimize cash leakage, stock loss and accounting errors.
- Coordinate with store managers, purchase, operations and management teams.
- Support annual audit, tax audit and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in retail, FMCG, food, meat, grocery or multi-store businesses.
- Strong knowledge of GST, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, P&L; and MIS.
- Experience handling multi-location/store accounting and inventory reconciliation is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and financial controls.
- Should be comfortable taking ownership of accounts from daily transactions to monthly closing and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
