Role: Manage relationships with global associate firms, experts and freelancers; support CV preparation, proposals, documentation, research, data mining, meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with associate firms, experts, freelancers and consultants globally.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Support CV preparation, proposals and documentation.
- Track project/proposal timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct data mining, research and data development.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication & CV-writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access
- Strong coordination and relationship-building skills
- Smart, polite, professional and versatile with international working hours
