Zlan Creations is looking for a high-energy leader to run the agency end to end: team, clients, delivery and growth. You will own the numbers, the deadlines and the finish line, and set the pace and culture for the whole agency.

Key responsibilities

- Growth & projections:Build and track revenue forecasts, set clear targets, and plan how the agency scales.

- Client leadership: Lead client relationships, win new business, and grow and retain existing accounts.

- Team management: Lead the entire team, set discipline and decorum, and build real team bonding.

- Delivery & deadlines: Know every deadline, keep projects on track, and make sure work ships on time and to standard.

- Agency visibility: Keep a live view of everything moving in and out of the agency, including projects, pipeline, resourcing and finances.

- Problem solving :Step in when things break, make quick decisions, and take calculated risks.

- Market awareness: Stay on top of the advertising market, pricing, competitors and opportunities.

Who you are

- MBA from a reputed institution (mandatory)*

- Excellent written and spoken English, confident in pitches, client calls and reports

- 7+ years in advertising or agency life, with leadership experience

- Strong grasp of the advertising market, pricing and client expectations

- A hustler: rapid, decisive and comfortable with pressure

- Equally good with people, numbers and process

- Someone who leads from the front and sets the standard

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
