- Prepare hot & cold beverages as per recipes & SOPs
- Handle beverage orders and ensure timely service within TAT
- Assemble and maintain beverage ingredients & garnishes
- Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO & stock availability
- Maintain beverage quality, consistency & presentation
- Keep workstation and equipment clean & hygienic
- Coordinate with kitchen/service team during peak hours
- Control wastage and follow portion standards
Candidate Profile:
- Barista experience in Café/QSR/Restaurant preferred
- Positive beverage preparation skills
- Fast, accurate & customer-focused
- Strong hygiene and teamwork standards
