JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO Executive to manage and improve the company's organic search visibility, website rankings, traffic, and overall SEO performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-value keywords.
- Manage On-Page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL optimization, and content optimization.
- Handle Off-Page SEO activities, including link building and backlink analysis.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting search performance.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new SEO opportunities.
- Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Monitor website indexing, crawling, sitemap, robots.txt, and other technical SEO factors.
- Identify and address broken links, duplicate content, and other SEO-related issues.
- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation.
- Optimize website content according to search intent and SEO best practices.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and MIS.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other relevant tools for SEO research, content planning, and workflow improvement.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong practical knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest, or similar SEO tools.
- Good understanding of website structure, indexing, crawling, and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of link-building strategies and backlink analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with AI tools for SEO and content optimization will be an advantage.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, B.Com
- Candidates with strong practical SEO experience will be preferred.

Candidates must have hands-on SEO experience. Profiles without relevant SEO experience will not be considered for further recruitment.
