Position: Accounts & Finance Executive

Experience: 1–5 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent
Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in a CA Firm/CA Office
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, expense, payment and receipt entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers and reconciliations.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, PT and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS returns and related documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and CA consultants for accounting and compliance matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
- Ensure timely recording and reporting of financial transactions.
- Handle other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Positive working knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a CA Office / CA Firm will be preferred.
- Candidates having practical exposure to accounting, taxation, audit and statutory compliance will be given preference.
- Candidates with CA Inter qualification or relevant CA firm experience are encouraged to apply.
