Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate at Kapable, you will be one of the first and most important touchpoints in a learner’s journey. You will speak with professionals who are actively looking to grow, understand where they are in their career, and help them evaluate how Kapable can support that journey.

This is not a transactional sales role. It is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine empathy with clarity, structure with urgency, and persuasion with genuine learner understanding. You will manage the journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring every potential learner has a seamless and high-quality experience.

What you’ll do

- Manage the lead lifecycle from qualification to onboarding, ensuring timely and structured follow-ups across every stage.
- Engage with inbound, outbound, and reactivation leads to build a healthy and high-conversion pipeline.
- Understand learner needs and align them with the right Kapable programs through transparent, credible, and consultative conversations.
- Personalize communication across calls, emails, and messages to build trust and create value.
- Prioritize daily outreach based on lead intent, stage,



and likelihood to convert.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, structured notes, and strong follow-up hygiene for visibility and forecasting.
- Track performance trends, reflect on funnel data, and continuously improve conversion effectiveness.

- Persuasive ability, strong learner empathy, and comfort handling objections thoughtfully.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, internships, or high-involvement campus roles is a plus.
