Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations. Candidates having experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and maintain GST and TDS-related records.
- Assist in GST/TDS compliance and statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS and monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end closing and other finance-related activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, AP, AR and bank reconciliation.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
