We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base, using effective communication strategies.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to meet targets, analyzing market trends to maximize opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering trust for repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and close sales efficiently.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends, adapting strategies as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities and performance metrics,
providing insights to the management team for strategic planning.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of experience in sales, ideally in a related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, enabling you to interact effectively with clients and understand their requirements. A self-motivated approach and robust organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines. Candidates should also be comfortable working in a team environment and displaying strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred to streamline processes.
