We are looking for a skilled System Engineer – CCTV & Smart Board to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the college’s CCTV surveillance systems, smart boards, interactive displays, and related IT/AV infrastructure. The candidate will ensure reliable operation of security and classroom technology systems across the campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and surveillance networks.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure cameras, recording, storage, and remote viewing are functioning properly.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, PoE switches, network cabling, and related networking equipment.
- Maintain CCTV system documentation, camera layouts, IP addresses, equipment inventory, and maintenance records.
- Install, configure, and maintain smart boards, interactive panels, projectors, displays, and classroom AV equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to touch functionality, display, audio, connectivity, drivers, software, and calibration.
- Provide technical support to faculty and staff for smart classroom equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic health checks of CCTV and smart classroom systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for installation, warranty, repairs, and AMC-related activities.
- Maintain system backups, configurations, and firmware/software updates where required.
- Ensure proper cable management, equipment labeling, and protected installation practices.




- Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain service tickets, incident reports, maintenance logs, and asset records.
- Assist the IT team with basic LAN/Wi-Fi, Windows, networking, and peripheral troubleshooting when required.
- Follow college policies regarding security, privacy, access control, and surveillance footage.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and surveillance systems.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, PoE, switches, IP addressing, and basic networking.
- Hands-on experience with Smart Boards / Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), projectors, and AV systems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, device drivers, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, and display-related issues.
- Good documentation and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to technical issues across a large campus.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, ECE, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in CCTV, Smart Classroom, AV, IT Support, or System Administration.
- Experience working in an engineering college, university, school, corporate campus, or large institutional environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
