Job Overview: We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Telecaller / Lead Qualification Executive to contact and qualify property leads, schedule site visits, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact inbound and outbound leads promptly and professionally.
- Qualify prospects based on budget, location, requirement, and buying timeline.
- Answer queries about properties, projects, and pricing.
- Schedule site visits and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- Update every call outcome in the CRM accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and meet daily call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate or 12th pass in any discipline with relevant experience.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales.




- Excellent verbal communication in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Pleasant telephone manner, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer and CRM / Excel knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in real estate, banking, or sales telecalling is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
