We are seeking an expert CDP, talented and passionate Chief De Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team for our 4-star hotel in Thrissur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu and seasonal offerings.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop recent recipes and menu items.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
