Position: Assistant Manager – Training & Placement
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

Key Responsibilities

- Manage student training & placement activities across campuses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hotels, Hospitality Groups & Industry Partners
- Coordinate campus placements, interviews, job drives & recruitment events
- Develop internship and placement opportunities for students
- Coordinate with campus teams, students and recruiters for smooth placement processes
- Maintain placement MIS, reports and industry databases
- Support students with career guidance,



interview preparation & employability skills

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in Training & Placement / Campus Recruitment / Hospitality Placement
✔ Strong communication & relationship-building skills
✔ Good understanding of the Hospitality & Hotel Industry
✔ Strong coordination, networking and negotiation abilities
✔ Willingness to travel as required
