Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer / Resident Engineer to provide in office technical and application support at our customer location in Jamnagar.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site technical and application support to the customer.
- Troubleshoot application, system, hardware, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor applications/systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internal technical, software, and engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Support installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and system integration.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely technical solutions.
- Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and issue-resolution records.




- Coordinate with customer teams and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Field Application, Resident Engineer, Application Support, or Technical Support.
- Good knowledge of IT systems, networking, databases, and troubleshooting.
- SQL/database knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently at a customer site.
- Candidate must be willing to work at the Jamnagar customer location.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
