Position: HR Recruiter/ Manager

Location: Nakshatra Apartment basement opp. Kanchan Sweets, near Neelgiri Complex, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226016

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (as per experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases

Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining

Assist in meeting monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment/HR preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements

Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals

Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply
