Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and organised Marketing Executive to support the Chamber’s marketing, communications, events and membership activities. Working closely with the team, the executive will create promotional material, assist with digital outreach, coordinate event communication and follow up with existing and prospective members. Fresh graduates with good communication skills, Canva knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Creative Design & Branding: Prepare Canva creatives, event invitations, flyers, social media posts, banners, certificates and basic presentations, following the Chamber’s branding guidelines.

· Social Media & Digital Outreach: Draft and schedule approved updates on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms; support the content calendar and track basic engagement.

· Content & Email Communication: Draft captions, member updates, event mailers, invitations, reminders, participation confirmations, thank-you messages and short event reports; assist with newsletters and website updates.

· Event Promotion & Coordination: Assist in promoting and organising seminars, conferences, networking meetings, webinars and committee activities. Support registrations, participant follow-ups, event-day coordination and post-event feedback.

· Membership Outreach: Research prospective member companies, maintain lead lists and contact prospects through phone and email to introduce membership benefits. Follow up on enquiries and support the team’s membership acquisition efforts.

· Member Engagement & Renewal Support: Assist with welcome communication, company-profile collection, member spotlight posts, renewal reminders and promotion of relevant sector committee activities. Record member interests and feedback for follow-up.

· Sponsorship & Stakeholder Support: Assist with sponsor research, proposal preparation and follow-ups under the team’s guidance. Coordinate logos, profiles,



branding material and approved visibility requirements with sponsors, speakers, members and vendors.

· Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate member and prospect databases, mailing lists, registration records and outreach trackers. Provide timely progress updates and basic summaries of campaign responses, leads and event participation.

Qualifications & Essential Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, Event Management or a related discipline.

· Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, business development or member/customer coordination. Relevant internships and college projects will be considered.

· Good spoken and written English, with confidence to communicate professionally over phone, email and in person.

· Working knowledge of Canva and an eye for clear, professional layouts; familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

· Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including maintaining databases and preparing presentations.

· Creativity, attention to detail, good time management and the ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.

· Willingness to learn, take initiative and support on-site events, including occasional evening events as required.

Added Advantages

Basic video editing, reels, email marketing tools, website content updates or CRM exposure. Internship or work experience with a chamber of commerce, industry association, event agency or business-focused organisation is helpful but not essential.

Candidate Profile

A creative and dependable team player who enjoys both content creation and interaction with people, is comfortable making skilled follow-up calls, and is keen to build a career in marketing, events and membership engagement.

Candidates may share samples of Canva designs, social media posts, presentations or college/internship projects, if available.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
