We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team on a Work From Home basis.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, strong candidate-handling abilities, and the ability to consistently achieve hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and the recruitment team.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.




- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Own laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection required.

Significant: This is a target-driven recruitment position, and compensation is linked to achievement of the assigned recruitment targets. Candidates are expected to consistently meet the agreed hiring targets to qualify for the applicable monthly compensation. Consistent non-achievement of targets may affect the compensation payable for that period.

This role is best suited for recruiters who are confident in sourcing candidates, managing follow-ups, and delivering results independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
