Job Title: Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and core system reliability. You will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and security teams to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, highly available, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Build, optimize, and maintain automated deployment, testing, and continuous integration pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate microservices deployments using Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS).
- Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch to ensure system availability and performance.
- Cloud Management: Administer and optimize cloud environments across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), keeping cost management and resource optimization in mind.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce DevSecOps practices, implement secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault), ensure network security, and maintain compliance standards.
- Collaboration & On-Call: Partner with development teams to improve application reliability, streamline developer workflows,



and participate in a rotational on-call schedule to respond to critical system incidents.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Architecture role.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
- Automation & Scripting: Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Go, or Shell.
- Containers & Orchestration: Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes cluster management.
- CI/CD Tools: Expertise with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD).
- Networking & Security: Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, VPCs, Firewalls) and cloud security best practices.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and experience conducting root-cause analysis (RCA) for system outages.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions).
- Certification in cloud engineering (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CKA - Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
- Experience with database administration, caching systems (Redis), and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,630,000.00 per year
