Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in managing online bidding portals to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding portals, building strong client relationships, and securing profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain profiles on various Linkdin
- Identify, target, and bid on relevant IT projects to secure business opportunities.
- Develop and implement bidding strategies to win projects in alignment with company goals.
- Create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and opportunities in the IT industry.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Prepare regular reports on bidding performance, client engagement, and revenue generation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.





Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, specifically managing bidding portals in the IT sector.

- Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, web development, mobile app development, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to write winning proposals and close deals.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales techniques.
- Knowledge of market analysis and competitive research.
