Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with buyers and designers to understand product requirements and specifications.

2. Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment.

3. Ensure adherence to quality standards, cost control, and lead times.

4. Prepare and follow up on Time and Action (T&A;) plans to ensure timely deliveries.

5. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and production units for seamless execution.

6. Monitor and resolve production or supply chain-related issues proactively.

7. Conduct vendor evaluations and ensure compliance with quality and ethical sourcing standards.

8. Ensure product quality meets buyer expectations and industry standards.

9. Work closely with the quality assurance team to implement inspection and testing procedures.

10. Assist in planning seasonal product assortments and forecasting demand.

11. Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance product development and sales.

12. Prepare costing reports and support price negotiations to optimize profitability.

13. Experience: 3-5 years

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
