Job Summary:

The Guest Service Associate (Food & Beverage) delivers courteous, productive, and professional service to guests in Food & Beverage outlets, while also leading skill-training delivery at the assigned center. The role combines hands-on guest service standards with responsibility for training coordination, community engagement, and center operations, ensuring both guest satisfaction and program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver effective training sessions in line with the Approved Curriculum for each job role (ACLP).
- Build engagement with parents and the local community, and develop employer linkages to support program delivery.
- Liaise with superiors, public agencies, and local authorities, including managing center memberships and related coordination.
- Coordinate center activities with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports and records on center progress, status, and other project reporting requirements.
- Support the development of improved training methods, including designing and implementing evaluation methodologies, analyzing results,



and recommending or taking corrective action.
- Advise staff, students, and stakeholders on technical matters, center goals, policy interpretation, and problem resolution.
- Act as center representative during events and projects, responding to and resolving emergency situations and ensuring plans are implemented and controlled as designed, including project logistics.
- Carry out assigned program activities in accordance with project deliverables.
- Monitor and manage trainee attendance to ensure compliance with program standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or a Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 5 years of on-the-job experience in a related role, including at least 2 years delivering training.
- Demonstrated experience in the relevant domain is essential.
- Familiarity with instructional technologies, teaching platforms, and best practices for training delivery.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
