About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales to help grow our business. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and will play a direct role in our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business through cold calls, referrals, and networking
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, quotations, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Follow up on leads and keep accurate records in the CRM or sales tracker
- Collect customer feedback and market information, and share it with management
- Submit regular sales reports on activity, pipeline,



and conversions

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in [English / Hindi / Kannada/Tamil]
- Comfortable with target-driven work and field travel where required
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools

- Experience in [Health Care Industry]
- Self-starter with strong follow-up discipline and resilience
