Location: Pargaon , Jogeshwari
Experience: 2–5 years in Solar/Electrical Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day solar project site activities and ensure work is completed as per project requirements.
- Monitor installation, erection, civil and electrical work at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors and site teams.
- Ensure work is carried out as per safety and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, material availability and daily site progress.
- Maintain daily site reports and update management on project progress.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Civil or relevant field.
- Experience in solar projects, preferably KUSUM Solar / ground-mounted solar projects.
- Valuable knowledge of site supervision, basic electrical/civil work and safety practices.
- Ability to manage site manpower and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Willingness to work at project locations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
