Key Responsibilities

✅ Team Management

Lead, motivate, and supervise the assigned team members.

Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely execution.

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and positive work culture.

Handle team conflicts and performance issues effectively.

✅ Sales & Target Achievement

Drive admissions and revenue growth through strategic planning.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Support team members in closing leads and conversions.

Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.

✅ Lead & Data Management

Track and manage lead flow through CRM systems.

Ensure proper follow-up, call tracking, and conversion reports.

Monitor lead distribution and utilization.

Maintain accurate lead and admission records.

✅ Documentation & Compliance

Verify student documents, admission forms, and fee records.

Ensure proper filing and digital record maintenance.





Coordinate with admin and finance teams for smooth processing.

Maintain compliance with institutional policies.

✅ Training & Development

Provide regular training on products, processes, and sales skills.

Conduct mock calls, role plays, and performance reviews.

Support onboarding of new team members.

Identify skill gaps and arrange improvement programs.

✅ Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily productivity, call duration, and conversion ratios.

Prepare performance reports and dashboards.

Conduct review meetings and feedback sessions.

Implement improvement plans for low performers.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
