About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Developer cum Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both visual design and web development, with the ability to transform creative concepts into engaging, functional digital experiences.

You will work closely with designers, developers, and project teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging digital interfaces and visual experiences.
- Develop responsive websites and digital solutions.
- Convert design concepts and prototypes into functional web experiences.
- Collaborate with designers and project teams to understand requirements.
- Ensure consistency across UI, branding, and user experience.
- Optimize designs and websites for responsiveness and usability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design and development issues.
- Stay updated with emerging design tools, technologies, and web trends.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting quality and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of UI/UX and visual design principles.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.




- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to translate creative designs into functional web interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of contemporary web development frameworks or libraries.
- Basic understanding of design systems and component-based design.
- Experience with website optimization and performance.
- Familiarity with animation and interactive web experiences.

Experience

0–2 years of experience

Freshers with a strong portfolio demonstrating both design and development skills are encouraged to apply.
