Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, active, and result-oriented BDM with strong experience in IT Services, Product Sales, Client Handling, and Team Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, guide, and mentor a team of 4–5 BDEs and set daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Drive B2B sales for IT services and products through new business development and client acquisition.
- Handle client meetings, discovery calls, product/service demos, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines and coordinate with technical/product teams for suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Maintain sales pipeline, track meetings, SQLs, proposals, conversions, and revenue.




- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for the Founder/Management.
- Build relationships with enterprise and manufacturing clients.
- Support future SaaS/product sales, including product demos, pilots, and market development.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
- Strong experience in IT Services + Product/SaaS Sales.
- Excellent client handling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in BDE/Sales Team Management.
- Strong communication, ownership, and target-oriented approach.
- Experience with enterprise/manufacturing clients will be an added advantage.
