ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant

Nine Core Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Configure CSDM, CMDB Health, IRE, MID Server, and Event Management.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Build workflows using Flow Designer / Workflow.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
- Work with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data integrations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow implementations.
- Participate in upgrades, deployments, testing, and technical discussions.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with ITSM / ITOM / CMDB.




- Experience with Discovery & Service Mapping.
- Strong knowledge of CSDM, IRE, and CMDB Health.
- Excellent ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript skills.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
- Knowledge of MID Server, Flow Designer, ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Experience working on enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications.
- ITAM / SAM / HAM.
- Event Management.
- ServiceNow HRSD / CSM.
- Performance Analytics.
- UI Builder / Service Portal.
- GenAI / Now Assist experience.

What We Look For

Candidates with end-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience and strong hands-on development capabilities will be preferred.
