- Supervise and monitor the day-to-day field activities of Social Workers and field staff.
- Coordinate with Social Workers, Ambulance Staff, Team Leaders, and District Teams.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, field visits, and daily work progress.
- Coordinate with NGOs, hospitals, government departments, and local stakeholders.
- Identify field-level issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation to the concerned team.
- Coordinate and manage assigned district-level field activities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain daily/weekly activity reports from field staff.
- Maintain MIS, attendance records, and other field documentation.
- Support manpower coordination, deployment, and day-to-day team management.

Preferance:-

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory in vehicle fleet maintenance, automobile service supervision, or transport operations.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
