WE’RE HIRING! Inside Sales Executive & Field Sales Executive

Ishttaa TechCraft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team and work on Industrial Automation, Industrial IT Solutions, IoT Solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demos.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Work with technical and product teams for proposals and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity details in CRM.
- Participate in client meetings, trade shows, webinars and industry events.

Key Skills

- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on targets.
- B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial / manufacturing / technology / SaaS / IoT.




- Knowledge of Industrial Automation and Industrial IT Solutions is an advantage.
- Good lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Consultative selling approach.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 2–7 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise / Industrial Sales.
- Experience in selling to plant heads, operations managers, CIOs or similar decision-makers is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
