We're Hiring: HR Executive
We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a stable, intelligent, and energetic HR Executive who can align people with purpose and nurture a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
- Design and implement HR policies and frameworks tailored to a 30-member team
- Develop employee engagement strategies to foster a collaborative and motivating work culture
- Conduct performance appraisals and coordinate training & development programs
- Ensure statutory and legal compliance related to HR and labor laws
- Support leadership in strategic workforce planning and organizational growth
- Maintain and enhance our company culture rooted in trust, transparency, and excellence

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / MBA preferred
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience,



preferably in financial services or mid-sized firms
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and well-versed in using HRMS and productivity tools
- Resilient, dependable, and committed to long-term growth
- Based in or open to relocating to Siliguri
