About the Role

Fazlani Foods is looking for a Warehouse Executive – Inventory & MIS with good warehouse/inventory experience and strong Advanced Excel knowledge.

The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, stock reconciliation, warehouse documentation and preparation of Excel-based MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities.
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, stock transfers and stock balances.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory MIS reports.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain SKU-wise, batch-wise and location-wise inventory records.
- Monitor stock movement, ageing, shortages and excess inventory.
- Prepare Excel reports and analysis for management.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain GRN, delivery challans, stock transfer and dispatch documentation.
- Support physical stock audits and periodic inventory verification.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper warehouse documentation.

Mandatory Advanced Excel Skills

Strong Excel knowledge is mandatory. Candidates with only basic Excel knowledge will not be considered.

The candidate should be comfortable with:

- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF,



SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
- Conditional Formatting
- Sorting & Filtering
- Data Validation
- Data Cleaning and Removing Duplicates
- Excel-based MIS preparation
- Working with large datasets
- Inventory analysis and reporting

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / HSC with relevant warehouse or inventory experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or FMCG operations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes.
- Excellent Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- FMCG / Food / Manufacturing / Distribution experience will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling both warehouse operations and Excel-based reporting.

Salary

Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, Advanced Excel proficiency and interview performance.

Candidates with strong Advanced Excel + Inventory/MIS experience will be given preference.
