For candidates who have recently completed a certified Graphic Design course and are looking to gain hands-on agency experience.

2. Graphic Designer Trainee — 1–2 Years Experience
Duration: 3 Months
For designers with 1–2 years of professional experience who want to work on diverse client projects and develop their creative and execution skills further.

What You Will Work On

The selected candidate will work across a variety of creative requirements, including:

- Social media creatives and campaigns
- Branding and marketing collaterals
- Digital advertising creatives
- Posters, brochures and other print creatives
- Presentation and promotional designs
- Reels and short-form video content
- Video editing and motion-based content
- Creative adaptations for different digital platforms
- Designing creatives based on client briefs and brand guidelines

Required Skills

Software proficiency is mandatory:

- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Video Editing Software

Candidates should also have a valuable understanding of:

- Visual composition
- Typography
- Colour theory
- Layout and hierarchy
- Branding fundamentals
- Social media design formats
- Attention to detail
- Creative interpretation of briefs

We are looking for designers who understand design, not just software.

Who Can Apply?

For Freshers / Interns

- Certified Graphic Design course completed
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong interest in graphic design and digital marketing
- Student projects/academic work can be submitted as a portfolio





For Experienced / Trainee

- 1–2 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Graphic Design certification/course preferred
- Portfolio is mandatory
- Agency/digital marketing experience will be an advantage

Freshers / Internship: Stipend as per prevailing market standards.

1–2 Years Experience / Trainee: Compensation based on experience, up to ₹10,000/month.

Portfolio / Student Work → Practical Design Test → Interview
