Admission Counselor | 3–5 Years Experience

Location: Winmore Academy (Whitefield & Jakkur)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Admission Counselor to join our Admissions team. The role involves engaging with prospective parents and students, managing admission enquiries, driving follow-ups and conversions, and ensuring a smooth admissions experience.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in student admissions, counselling, lead management, and parent interactions, preferably within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission processes, and related queries.
- Manage and follow up on admission enquiries and leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Drive lead-to-admission conversions through effective counselling and consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents and students throughout the admissions journey.
- Support student enrollment and admission-related activities.
- Participate in and support events, seminars, workshops, school outreach, and other admission initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling interactions, and enrollments.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless admission experience.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, conversions, and admission pipeline.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives aimed at increasing student engagement and admissions.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Admissions, Student Counselling, Education Sales, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills with the ability to confidently interact with parents and students.
- Proven ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and drive conversions.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
