2-3 years of experience in tendering, bidding or proposal management within the Solar industry Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Power, Electrical EPC or Infrastructure will be preferred. Roles:
Identify and track relevant Government, PSU and Corporate tenders through online tender portals Review NITs, RFPs, BOQs, eligibility criteria and technical/commercial requirements Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid documents, quotations and BOQs Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and Procurement teams for timely bid preparation Ensure completeness and compliance of all tender documentation before submission Track corrigendums, amendments, pre-bid queries, deadlines and tender results Coordinate EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees and other required documentation with Finance Maintain a database of ongoing, submitted, awarded and upcoming tenders Support management in analysing tender opportunities and improving bid success rates Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical preferred
