We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager-Chennai to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing restaurant staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fine dining setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service flow
- Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house and support staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently
- Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor relationships
- Train and develop team members to meet service expectations
- Monitor expenses and work toward achieving revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and local health regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry




- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury restaurant operations preferred
- Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is an advantage

- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
