Key Responsibilities

- Design and animate reels, ad creatives, product videos, and motion posts in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Edit shoot footage into polished short-form videos with robust pacing, sound, and transitions
- Use AI tools responsibly to speed up workflows: concept visuals, image and video generation, upscaling, background extension, cleanup, voiceovers, and captions
- Turn product photos into premium motion content, especially for jewellery and fashion where no shoot budget exists
- Build reusable motion templates and brand kits so output stays consistent and fast across brands
- Adapt one concept across formats: reels, stories, YouTube, web banners, and paid ads
- Review all AI output for quality, brand safety, and usage rights before delivery
- Take briefs from social media and content teams and deliver within tight turnarounds
- Manage multiple brands and revisions at once

Requirements

- 2+ years of motion design or video editing experience,



with at least 1 year in an agency or creative studio
- Strong working skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro (keyframing, easing, masking, text animation, expressions basics)
- Portfolio showing motion work for brands: reels, ads, or product videos
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in real client or project work (examples: Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Topaz, ElevenLabs)
- Good sense of timing, typography, colour, and storytelling
- Ability to explain which parts of a project were AI-assisted and which were crafted manually
- Comfort working under quick deadlines and taking revision feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
