Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive direct sales to customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage B2C leads through various channels such as referrals, digital leads, walk-ins, and existing customer networks.
- Understand customer requirements for modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors, and related products.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the Interior Design, Estimation, and Project teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers within company guidelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process, from lead generation to order confirmation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, conversions, and sales pipeline.




- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of confirmed orders.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling/cross-selling.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of modular kitchens/interior products is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and sales leads simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
- Robust follow-up and closing abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
