About the Role

We are looking for experienced and qualified General Duty Assistant (GDA) Trainers for our DDU-GKY training centre in Bundi. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical training to students and preparing them for employment opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for GDA students.
- Explain healthcare concepts, procedures, and basic patient-care practices in a simple and effective manner.
- Provide practical demonstrations related to patient care, hygiene, safety, and basic healthcare assistance.
- Train students on maintaining patient comfort, cleanliness, safety, and dignity.
- Develop and deliver training sessions as per the prescribed DDU-GKY curriculum.
- Conduct assessments, practical demonstrations, tests, and evaluations of trainees.
- Monitor students' attendance, participation, learning progress, and overall performance.
- Provide guidance and support to students to improve their practical and communication skills.
- Maintain required training records, assessment documents, attendance, and other centre-level documentation.
- Support students in developing workplace discipline, professional behaviour, and employability skills.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and other team members regarding training-related activities.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Participate in counselling, placement support, and other activities related to trainee development whenever required.





Eligibility & Qualifications

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM Nursing qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Candidates with prior training, teaching, or healthcare skill-development experience will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic patient care and healthcare practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
- Candidates should be comfortable conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience as a GDA Trainer / Nursing Trainer / Healthcare Trainer will be highly preferred.
- Experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, Skill Development, vocational training, or similar training projects will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with hands-on healthcare experience along with teaching/training exposure will be preferred.
