About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to oversee the Property Acquisition (PAC), Tenant Acquisition (TAC), and Marketing teams.
The role involves managing teams, sales pipelines, lead generation, property acquisition, tenanting, marketing activities, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Property Acquisition (PAC)
- Manage the PAC team and achieve property acquisition and revenue targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Review sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle complex customer discussions and negotiations.
- Coach team members to improve conversions and closures.
Tenant Acquisition (TAC)
- Manage the TAC team and ensure properties are tenanted within timelines.
- Monitor tenant leads, inspections, offers, negotiations, and closures.
- Track long-vacant properties and take corrective action.
- Support the team with difficult negotiations and customer cases.
- Monitor tenant conversion and improve overall performance.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Oversee property listings across relevant portals and channels.
- Ensure accurate property details, photos, videos, and rental information.
- Plan and monitor digital, social media, referral, and local marketing activities.
- Track lead quality, lead generation, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors when required.
Team Management
- Set team targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and SLAs.
- Handle escalations and support team members with challenging cases.
- Build a performance-driven and collaborative team environment.
Reporting & Market Research
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse sales, tenanting, lead generation, and conversion performance.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and rental market trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, marketing, and customer experience.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing a sales or marketing team.
- Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or service-based businesses is preferred.
- Strong team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
