We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team.
Position: Interior Designer
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Develop 3D models and designs using SketchUp.
- Prepare working drawings and coordinate design requirements.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and project estimates.
- Assist in material selection, specifications, and costing.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Visit project sites and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Prepare revisions and modifications based on client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving site-related design issues.
Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of SketchUp is essential.
- Knowledge of interior estimation, BOQ, and quantity take-off.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, finishes, electrical and other interior works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
