Position: Hospitality & Tourism Management – International Career Program
Duration: 12 Months Study + 10–11 Months Paid Internship
Location: Mauritius

Role Overview
The Hospitality & Tourism Management program combines academic training with a 10–11 month paid internship in the international hospitality industry. Candidates can gain practical experience across hotels, resorts, restaurants, front office, food & beverage, and tourism operations in Mauritius.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day hotel operations
- Support front office and guest service activities
- Assist with food & beverage operations
- Support restaurant and resort operations
- Interact with guests and provide quality customer service
- Assist with hospitality and tourism-related activities
- Support event and dining operations
- Follow international hospitality service standards
- Participate in practical industry training and internship activities
