We are looking for a Operations Manager to lead operational functions, optimize business processes, and support project delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee day-to-day operations and business activities✅ Lead resource planning and workforce allocation✅ Coordinate project delivery and ensure operational efficiency✅ Establish and maintain administrative governance and compliance✅ Drive process improvements and performance optimization✅ Support leadership with strategic planning and operational initiatives

Requirements:

✔ 12+ years of experience in similar background
✔ Strong leadership, decision-making,



and people management skills
✔ Proven experience in resource planning and delivery coordination
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Experience in consulting, engineering, construction, or project-based organizations is preferred
✔ Ability to drive operational excellence in a rapid-paced environment
