Key Responsibilities:

- Receive customers and understand accident/body repair requirements.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and identify denting, painting and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and repair estimates accurately.
- Explain repair requirements, estimated costs and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with denting, painting, mechanical and workshop teams.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for accident/insurance claims.
- Follow up on insurance approvals and additional repair approvals.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Keep customers updated regarding repair status and delivery.
- Conduct final inspection and coordinate vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper job card,



estimate and insurance-related documentation.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Automobile Body Shop / Accident Repair / Collision Repair.
- Knowledge of denting, painting and vehicle body repair processes.
- Experience in insurance claim coordination will be an advantage.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple repair jobs and meet delivery timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
