We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through calls, references and other sources.

Understand customer requirements and explain company products & services.

Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Coordinate with clients and schedule meetings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly business and lead-generation targets.

Maintain customer and follow-up records.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are welcome.

Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives (depending on interview & experience)
