We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our product development team and work on an cutting-edge EdTech platform that combines Artificial Intelligence, Career Simulation, and Human Mentorship.
You will be part of building an AI-powered learning product where students can experience real-world careers before choosing their career path.
This is an early-stage product role with an opportunity to work closely with the founding team and build AI features from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered features for our EdTech platform.
- Build and integrate LLM-based applications and AI agents.
- Develop an AI Manager capable of interacting with students, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating responses.
- Build AI-powered career simulation and scenario-based learning experiences.
- Develop personalized learning and recommendation systems.
- Implement AI-based student performance and skill evaluation.
- Work on RAG, embeddings,
vector databases, prompt engineering, and context/memory systems.
- Integrate AI services with our backend APIs and frontend applications.
- Collaborate with the backend, frontend, UI/UX and product teams.
- Research and experiment with new AI technologies and models.
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, scalability and cost.
- Implement appropriate AI safety, validation and hallucination-control mechanisms.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar LLM APIs
- Good understanding of Generative AI and LLM applications
- Prompt Engineering
- REST API development and integration
- JSON / structured outputs
- Git & GitHub
- Basic understanding of databases
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
