Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Experience Required: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual GST Return (GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C) and managing day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B accurately and within prescribed timelines.
- Prepare and manage Annual GST Returns – GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C.
- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
- Handle bank-related documentation, reconciliations, and banking transactions.
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Handle TDS calculation, payment, and TDS return filing.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax requirements.
- Possess strong knowledge of Income Tax and related compliance matters.
- Coordinate with the principal company regarding accounts, financial documents, and other business requirements.




- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
- Verify invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all accounting transactions.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting and financial issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
- Hands-on experience with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C.
- Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account preparation.
- Good knowledge of TDS Return Filing and TDS Payment.
- Solid knowledge of banking documentation and bank reconciliation.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Experience with Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
