The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for handling showroom customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable two-wheeler products, conducting product demonstrations and test rides, and supporting the complete customer journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget and usage before recommending suitable models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, colours, pricing and available options clearly.
- Provide accurate information regarding finance, insurance, exchange and other dealership-related facilities.
- Arrange and coordinate test rides for interested customers.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and explain the key features and benefits of the vehicle.
- Generate and maintain customer enquiries through the prescribed enquiry process/system.
- Follow up with customers through calls, messages and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and update enquiry status accurately.




- Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding customer requirements, follow-ups and sales progress.
- Assist customers with the booking process and coordinate with relevant departments for further processing.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, PDI and Delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure that customer information and enquiry records are properly maintained and updated.
- Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated about new models, features, offers and dealership processes.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complaints or difficult cases to the concerned senior.
- Maintain qualified appearance, showroom discipline and proper customer-handling standards.
- Support showroom activities, promotional events, customer engagement activities and other sales-related initiatives.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
