JOB DESCRIPTION – STORE EXECUTIVE

Position: Store Executive
Department: Store
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Reporting To: General Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inward and outward material activities.
- Receive, inspect, count and properly store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers and ERP entries.
- Issue raw materials, tools, consumables and other items against authorized requisitions.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling and storage.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortage, excess or slow-moving materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Issue Slip, Material Receipt and other store documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments for material requirements.
- Follow FIFO / proper stock rotation wherever applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper arrangement of the store area.
- Ensure materials are stored safely to prevent damage,



loss or deterioration.
- Support monthly/yearly stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all store transactions.
- Follow company procedures and 5S / safety requirements.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
- Basic knowledge of ERP / Inventory Software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to manage multiple store activities efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Stores / Warehouse / Inventory, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Experience in ERP-based inventory management will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
