Vinisha Rao Designer Studio is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager – Sales who can handle customers, drive sales and take responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the studio.

This is primarily a SALES and STORE-HANDLING role. It is not a Fashion Designer or Internship position.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their occasion, requirements and budget.
- Present outfits confidently and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Take responsibility for day-to-day studio operations.
- Coordinate customer trials, alterations, customisation and deliveries with the team.
- Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records.
- Ensure the studio is organised and customer-ready.
- Support and coordinate with other studio staff.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Work towards individual and monthly studio sales targets.
- Provide daily updates on sales, enquiries and pending follow-ups.





Candidate Requirements

- 3–5 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Solid customer-facing sales experience is essential.
- Experience in women's fashion, ethnic wear, bridal wear, designer boutiques, jewellery, sarees, beauty or similar retail businesses is preferred.
- Previous experience handling store responsibilities will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, convincing and sales-closing skills.
- Good at customer follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
- Responsible, presentable and capable of working independently.
- English, Hindi and Telugu communication preferred.

Please Note

Fashion design students, interns and freshers are not suitable for this position.

Candidates whose experience is primarily in designing, production or tailoring without customer-facing sales experience should not apply.

We are looking for someone who can sell, handle customers, follow up consistently and take ownership of the studio's daily operations.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Work Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
